All GP Practices are contracted to provide “essential services”, basic treatment of ill People. Additional services are also provided at the Abbey Health Centre:
ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER - The practice now have a new ANP service available.
- Same day ANP appointments are available every weekday for common illnesses. Routine appointments are also available if you prefer to book in advance.
- The ANP can assess and examine you, make a diagnosis and provide advice and treatment including a prescription if required. They can make referrals to hospital doctors or other health care professionals, and admit patients into hospital when necessary.
